After spending five years in business with storefronts situated in both Houston and Dallas, the company had established a healthy brand recognition throughout each city, as well as a loyal customer base consisting of families, students, and working professionals.

Sensing the time was right to accelerate Magic Cup Cafe’s growth through digital marketing, co-founder My Lynn Nguyen reached out to the Joieful team. At the time, Magic Cup had already launched a few campaigns but had been struggling to keep track of their marketing ROI. Even more concerning, the Magic Cup concept was also experiencing a decline in year-over-year revenue, despite the fact the boba tea business as a whole was booming.

Joieful growth marketing worked closely with My Lynn to uncover optimal strategies that would help achieve even greater levels of customer loyalty for the brand.

Together we decided on several new tactics, including:

Funneling Magic Cup ads toward the brand’s existing rewards program.
